Tomorrow Will Come - Another COVID update

Hello to all my Moondream friends,

 

To start I really hope that you are all staying healthy both physically and very importantly mentally.  Seems to be the recurring theme these days that everything feels strange and in fact it is.  But as we continue forward please take extra safety measures for yourselves and everyone you love around you.  As we launch at a very uncertain time, I am very happy to see that people still put faith in us and are making orders.

So just a couple of questions answered that you may be asking.


Are you still sending orders?


Yes! We are still shipping orders as usual, but you may experience some delays due to the high volume of orders and the high load on the sorting terminals.

When will my order be shipped?


Most orders will be sent within 7 to 9 days of your order being placed. We are working hard to send your order on time, but there may be small delays due to the high number of orders.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking information. However, it may now take longer before the first status update is available.

When will my order be delivered?


Most orders will arrive at about 5-7 business days after the order is placed, but please note that large delays can occur. The main reason is because transport and shipping companies do not have the same capacity as before. Packages can queue at sorting terminals which can delay the shipment as well as updates regarding tracking information.  In Canada for example with the provincial borders still closed, there is less flight frequency between hubs and thus slowing down your shipping.  

The transport companies are following health and safety recommendations to take extra precautions, but this means that we may see increased delivery times in some areas. We understand that this can be frustrating, but we encourage everyone to respect these special times and accept that your package will arrive — slowly but surely.

Is your customer service department open?


Yes, our awesome customer service team is ready to answer any questions you might have, but due to increased demand, the burden on them is quite high. Therefore, you may experience some delay in receiving an answer.  We have put a handy widget on our page where you can easily reach us.

We love talking to you, but right now the queue times may be a bit longer than usual.  Overall we find that e-mail works better to reach us with your questions as it allows us to handle your concerns more efficiently.
