Graphic Kids Hoodie • Doña Mimi Day of The Dead
Presenting this graphic Kid's Hoodie to celebrate el Dia de los Muertos (day of the dead).
I will put this design in perspective with a quick write up about the inspiration of this long sleeve tee.
To start, Doña Mimi was a beautiful lady that lived in a small town. She devoted her life to her family and raised five kids all on her own. Life wasn't ever kind to her however she never let her kids know it.
At times she would quietly sob on her own at night once everyone was tucked in to bed. Cried not because she couldn't press on but more because she wished to be something bigger than being a mom. Years later when all her kids were successful with their own kids she realized that she did the most worthwhile endeavour anyone could do. To raise productive members of society. This task alone is one of the most difficult things to achieve and she did this all on her own. I knew her once upon a time when I was a kid. She was a distant memory but I do remember her great cooking and amazing laughter but most of all her amazing children.
When is the day of the dead? This celebration officially begins at noon on November 2nd. The evening is filled with laughter and stories of the dearly departed. Memories are passed around between family members while tequila is being passed around to commemorate their lives.
In conclusion I am hoping these quick write ups give you a feel of what this celebration is all about. These comfortable long lasting fade resistant Long sleeve graphic shirt will be a staple in your wardrobe.
